Sessions last 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Sessions are $60 dollars each. We offer a first time buyers special that is $10 off per session the first time you purchase sessions. I also offer specials on training sessions three times a year to continuing clients. Your budget is known to you and I am not a high pressure sales person that will badger you about going outside your budget. I believe in telling you what you need and letting you decide how you want to pay for it. Within a few sessions you will have a better idea of what to expect, a basic understanding of what it will take to reach your goals and a sense of what intensity level it will take to see results.
Custom Training Program
Most clients train 2-3 times per week. The number of sessions you need will depend on your fitness goals. After we meet and determine your goals, I can give you a better idea of how long it should take to get there.
30 Minute Sessions
Session cost $30 for 30 minutes.
While not limited to the lunch hour, I offer a shorter session for either people with tight schedules or who need to start with a less intense initial training program. First time buyers special is $5 off per session on your first purchase.
Buddy Training Sessions Buddy sessions are two people training in the same hour. The cost is $80 per session split between the two clients.
Nutritional Guidance/Meal Planning
There are two options for nutritional guidance. One option is for clients who are training with me and another is for clients who only want the nutritional assistance.
Non-Client Nutritional Program: For $35 a week, I meet with you for an initial 1 hour visit, take measurements and provide a nutritional consultation. I will then e-mail you a weekly meal plan and you will email/text/myfitnesspal me your food log each day or week. (Daily or weekly is your option). I will then meet with you monthly to take measurements and discuss changes. Must purchase one month minimum.
Training Client Program: Same service, discounted to $25 per week.
Annual Body Composition Change Contest
Every year from February until April, I offer a body composition change contest for my clients and anyone else who wants to enter. You must train at least one session a week with me to participate. The person who reduces their body fat percentage the most during the two months wins grand prize. Prizes are also available for second and third place finishers.
