Casey Wilson has been my Personal Trainer for over 2 years and I highly recommend his services to anyone who wants to get in shape and live a healthy life. He’s been a trainer for 10 years and is successful because of his tough love approach and ability to help his clients achieve their goals. I’ve always worked out (runner, Gold’s Gym, personal home gym), but at 64 years of age, I just look at food and I gain weight. So my goals were to tone up, lose fat, and stay healthy. It’s not a secret that regular exercise and eating right was what I needed to do. Casey recommended a diet plan, he focuses on areas that I need to firm up, and he pushes me until I feel “that burn”. More importantly, he watches to make sure I do the exercises right to avoid injury. So I highly recommend that you check Casey out and see if he can help you achieve your goals.
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a personal trainer who is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Casey provides individual workouts that are at a pace that is challenging, but with expectations that are obtainable or reasonable. He corrects your form with exercises and workout equipment, he is easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. He uses a variety of exercise equipment and styles to make the training fun. After each workout I feel confident, pumped, and exhausted.

Cons: You’re working with a personal trainer in private gym, the space is quaint. If you’re goal is to kick start your health I’d recommend using a personal trainer to get started. (If you’re tight on money I wouldn’t suggest using a personal trainer for a long term plan, but instead, as a transition towards a healthier lifestyle.)
