Casey Wilson has been my Personal Trainer for over 2 years and I highly recommend his services to anyone who wants to get in shape and live a healthy life. He’s been a trainer for 10 years and is successful because of his tough love approach and ability to help his clients achieve their goals. I’ve always worked out (runner, Gold’s Gym, personal home gym), but at 64 years of age, I just look at food and I gain weight. So my goals were to tone up, lose fat, and stay healthy. It’s not a secret that regular exercise and eating right was what I needed to do. Casey recommended a diet plan, he focuses on areas that I need to firm up, and he pushes me until I feel “that burn”.
