Sessions last 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Sessions are $60 dollars each.
5 sessions, you will have a better idea of what to expect,
a basic undertsanding of what it will take to reach your goals,
and a sense of what intensity level it will take to see results.
clients train 2-3 times per week. When you purchase 20 or
more sessions, you can receive a discount of $5 per session,
a savings of $100 for 20 sessions. The number of sessions
you need will depend on your fitness goals. After we meet
and determine your goals, I can give you a better idea of
how long it should take to get there.
30 Minute Sessions
Session cost $30 for 30 minutes.
While not limited to the lunch hour, I offer a shorter session
for either people with tight schedules or who need to start
with a less intense initial training program.

Boot Camp Training Sessions
(Must be 3 to 6 people to participate)
are two options for Nutritional Guidance. One option is for
clients who are training with me and another is for clients
who just want the Nutritional assistance.
Nutrional Program: For $25 a week, I meet with you
for an initial 1 hour visit, take measurements and provide
a nutritional consultation. I will then e-mail you a weekly
meal plan and you will e-mail me your food log each day or
week. (Daily or weekly is your option). I will then meet with
you monthly to take measurements and discuss changes. Must
purchase one month minimum.
Clients Program: Same service, discounted to $15
you can access Personal Training online! I realize that
sometimes the distance involved, a schedule change, or
life event can make it challenging to come in and work
out in person with me. Stay on track from your living room
or garage with custom personal training designed to meet
